Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Some items cannot be shipped due to size/weight issues or dangerous goods rules.

Shipping fees are not refundable. If an item is not delivered because of customer error, including but not limited to wrong address, not having 18+ ID needed for airsoft/paintball orders, then the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Along with any other applicable fees, such as credit card transaction fees.

You must be 18+ to purchase an airsoft gun or paintball marker. ID will be required when signing for the order.
